Hello! My name is Veronique but my friends call me Vero! I am a professional wedding and portrait photographer as well a a mom of three beautiful children and busy mom of twins!
My journey as a photographer started in 2011. Originally from Quebec City, where I grew up, I was thinking that I was going to be an art teacher. About fifteen years ago, I found myself moving to Vancouver Island where I studied fashion design. After obtaining a Diploma in Fashion Design in 2007, I needing to fulfill a deeper passion. My passion for taking photos led me to obtain a Diploma in Photography.
SOME FACTS ABOUT ME
My secret passions outside of photography: Baking and cooking delicious plant based dishes, gardening and going on adventures with my family!
My next Photography goal: Grow my own sunflower garden where I can offer photo sessions! Stay tuned!
Places I have traveled for wedding: Mexico twice, Osoyoos, Ferni, Seattle and Montreal
Places I lived in: Banff, Canmore AB, Montreal, Kelowna, Victoria, Sooke and now in Cowichan Bay
Coolest things I have done: Backpacking in Southeast Asia for 3 months, Travel to Tuscany to find out where my Great Grandfather was born, Go to a music Festival Costa Rica, Working as a bartender at the busiest English Pub in the Old Quebec City and serve “The Muse crew, who invited me backstage! ”, Have twins!

If I could do anything outside of photography what would it be? Travel the world with my family, Open up a wellness retreat or Guest house in Costa Rica, Start painting again and open up my own art gallery.
Some of my clients I have done work for: German Auto Import Network, where I covered numerous sophisticated events such as Mecedes Benz Start Up Fashion Show, Porsche Center Victoria's Grand Opening, Audi A3 Launch, as well as many other private and public events for them where VIP guests have mentioned, "Some of the best pictures I have seen for such events". I also did some work for "Victoria's Time Colonist" who said, "Everyone who has seen the photos has raved about them!! You are so incredibly talented and we are so lucky to have you!! Thank you!" My portfolio also includes work for local businesses and such designers as: Connally McDougall Design, Erdaine, Not Just Pretty, and others. I have photographed hundreds of lifestyle sessions and over 120 weddings!
